Magenta halo? Image information.?

Hi, please help me understand the magenta halo around this lady in the image, I see it on the skin tone a bit also. Is it digital fringing? Is it due to the image being compressed for internet viewing? Is it from a transparency that has “bleed” or some exotic processing?
Also if you can identify the model or photographer or shed any light on the image much appreciated.
Is it from the shoot? I see it in the shadow also? A gelled light maybe?
It looks to me like expired Kodak EPP-I’ve often seen it give a magenta cast like that.
